Contract Review
Power Apps template · Version 1.0 · Standard edition
Send contracts and modifications for review, collect signed approvals level by level based on contract value, and see which contracts are coming up for renewal before the notice date passes.
Features
Approval by contract value
Each signing level has a dollar threshold. A $95,000 contract needs two signatures; a $1.4 million contract needs five.
Electronic signatures
Approvers draw a signature, type their name and confirm they're signing. All three are stored with the date and role.
Renewal tracking
See approved contracts ending in 30, 60 or 90 days, color-coded, with the notice-by date for each.
Outlook reminders
One tap adds a renewal reminder to your Outlook calendar on the notice date. No Power Automate needed.
Return for changes
Approvers send a review back with a comment. The contracts rep edits and resubmits from level 1.
Paper trail
Full history of every signature and renewal update, Print / Save as PDF with drawn signatures, and Email me a copy.

Questions
- Do we need premium licenses?
- No. The app uses only the SharePoint and Office 365 Outlook connectors, which most Microsoft 365 plans include.
- Does it work in GCC High?
- Yes. The setup script has a GCC High option, and the Install Guide covers the GCC High app link.
- Are these digital signatures?
- They are electronic signatures: the signed-in Microsoft 365 account, a typed name, a drawn signature and a confirmation, recorded with the date. They are not certificate (PKI or CAC) signatures.
- Can we change the approval levels?
- Yes. Signing levels, roles and dollar thresholds are rows in a SharePoint list, so you change them without editing the app.
