Staff reserve an agency vehicle, the fleet manager approves it, and the app blocks any overlapping booking. At pickup and return, drivers record the odometer, fuel level and any problems.

No double-bookings
Pending, approved and checked-out reservations hold the vehicle. Overlaps are caught at submit and again at approval.
Fleet Schedule
A week view of every vehicle's bookings, so staff can see what is free before they ask.
Check-out and check-in
Record odometer and fuel at pickup and return. Miles driven are worked out for you.
Issue reporting
Drivers flag damage or maintenance problems at check-in, with notes for the fleet manager.
Vehicles and service
Keep each vehicle's type, seats, plate and status, with a warning when service is due.
Paper trail
Full approval and trip history, Print / Save as PDF, and Email me a copy.

Questions
- Do we need premium licenses?
- No. The app uses only the SharePoint and Office 365 Outlook connectors, which most Microsoft 365 plans include.
- Does it work in GCC High?
- Yes. The setup script has a GCC High option, and the Install Guide covers the GCC High app link.
- Does every reservation need approval?
- Yes, by the fleet manager at least. Longer reservations can require a second approver, set by number of days.
- Can we change the colors and wording?
- Yes. Colors, admins and the support address are set in one place, and every screen is yours to edit in Power Apps Studio.
