My Tasks and an Overdue board
Everyone sees their tasks across all cases. Overdue in red, due soon in orange, blocked tasks flagged to the supervisor.
Equipment in, equipment out
Record laptops, phones, badges, keys and P-cards when they're issued. When someone leaves, the case lists everything to collect.
Access removal you can prove
Critical tasks like disabling accounts and removing building access are flagged, and an offboarding case can't close until every item is returned or marked lost.
Welcome email and day-one ready
Send the new hire their start time, location and supervisor, and the supervisor is told when everything before day one is done.

Questions
- Do we need premium licenses?
- No. The app uses only the SharePoint and Office 365 Outlook connectors, which most Microsoft 365 plans include.
- Does it work in GCC High?
- Yes. The setup script has a GCC High option, and the Install Guide covers the GCC High app link.
- Can we change the checklists?
- Yes. The checklists are SharePoint lists: change tasks, teams, due offsets and instructions, or add checklists for field staff, interns or contractors.
- Does it replace our HR system?
- No. It runs the checklist around a hire or a departure. Pay, benefits and personnel records stay in your HR and payroll systems.
