Staff build a purchase request line by line, the app adds up the total, and it goes to the right approvers for their department and the amount. Larger purchases get more levels of approval automatically.
Features
Line items with totals
Add each item's description, quantity and unit price. Line totals and the request total update as you type.
Approval by amount
Set approvers per department with dollar thresholds. A request collects every level its total calls for.
Return for changes
Approvers can send a request back with a comment. The requester fixes it and resubmits from level 1.
Clear submit checks
If something is missing, the app names the exact fields to fill in before it submits.
Pending My Approval
Approvers see only what is waiting for them, and each email opens the request directly.
Paper trail
Full approval history, Print / Save as PDF with the line items, and Email me a copy.

Questions
- Do we need premium licenses?
- No. The app uses only the SharePoint and Office 365 Outlook connectors, which most Microsoft 365 plans include.
- Does it work in GCC High?
- Yes. The setup script has a GCC High option, and the Install Guide covers the GCC High app link.
- We already use an older purchase request list. Can we upgrade it?
- The setup script can upgrade lists from the earlier version of this app. The Install Guide explains the option.
- Can we change the colors and wording?
- Yes. Colors, admins and the support address are set in one place, and every screen is yours to edit in Power Apps Studio.
