Staff request site visits, approvers sign off by site location, and the front desk checks visitors in and out from one screen. Hosts get an email the moment their visitor arrives.
Features
Several visitors per request
Add each visitor's name, company, email and phone. A primary and alternate host are named on every visit.
Approval by site location
Route each request to the approvers for that site, with more levels where you need them.
Today's Visitors
The front desk sees who is due today and checks each visitor in and out with one tap.
Arrival emails
The host is emailed at check-in, with an escort reminder when one is required.
VIP and escort flags
Mark executive visits and escort requirements so approvers and the front desk see them.

Questions
- Do we need premium licenses?
- No. The app uses only the SharePoint and Office 365 Outlook connectors, which most Microsoft 365 plans include.
- Does it work in GCC High?
- Yes. The setup script has a GCC High option, and the Install Guide covers the GCC High app link.
- Who sends the emails?
- The person using the app at the time, from their own mailbox. No shared mailbox is needed.
- Can we change the colors and wording?
- Yes. Colors, admins and the support address are set in one place, and every screen is yours to edit in Power Apps Studio.
