Work Order
Power Apps template · Version 1.0 · Standard edition
Give every employee one place to report a broken light, a leak or a door that won't lock. Supervisors assign each job from a work queue, technicians start, hold and complete it with hours and materials, and the person who reported it confirms it's fixed. Target dates come from the priority, counted in business days.
Features
Report a problem in a minute
What's wrong, building and room, category, priority, a phone number and photos. Anyone with the app can report, for themselves or someone else.
Target dates by priority
Emergency same day, High in 2, Normal in 5, Low in 10 business days, skipping weekends and your holidays. You set the days.
Work queue for supervisors
Every open job, unassigned first, then by priority and target date. Assign a technician, add a note, or raise the priority in one step.
Start, hold, complete
Technicians start the job, put it on hold with a reason when they're waiting on parts, and complete it with notes, labor hours and materials cost.
The requester confirms the fix
When a job is done the person who reported it gets an email and either confirms it's fixed or reopens it with what's still wrong.
Overdue board and paper trail
Overdue in red, due today or tomorrow in orange, later in blue, filtered by building. Every step is logged, with Print and Email me a copy.

- Can we use our own buildings and categories?
- Yes. Buildings, categories and trades are choices in the SharePoint lists, and people can type a building that isn't listed. Target days per priority are one setting.
- Can people attach photos?
- Yes. Photos are saved as attachments on the work order and open full size from the details screen.
